pole timing and technique measurements. - Compare sessions over time – track improvement between workouts, blocks, seasons or repeated protocols.
- Compare between athletes – coaches, clubs and performance centers can compare SkiErg metrics
across different users or groups. - Live comparison features – athletes can see pace or power comparisons against previous benchmarks
or target profiles during the actual workout. - Ideal for Hyrox athletes – track intensity, pacing and progression for SkiErg-specific performance.

Real-time SkiErg Training Data in SKISENS
Once your Concept2 SkiErg is connected, SKISENS can read and visualize
ski-specific training data in real time. Examples include:
- Power
- Stroke rate / pulls per minute
- Drive impulse
- Contact & force characteristics
- Distance, time, interval structure
- Heart rate and other body sensors (when supported)
All metrics appear on SKISENS live training pages alongside other connected sensors,
making it easy to monitor intensity, pacing and quality throughout your session.
Plan Structured Workouts and Protocols
One of SKISENS’ biggest advantages is the ability to build and run structured SkiErg workouts.
Create sessions with blocks of fixed time or distance, predefined rest, and pacing targets.
- Create interval workouts with full structure
- Save consistent test protocols for performance assessments
- Fine-tune sessions over time based on data, goals and sensations
All workouts are stored in SKISENS and can be reused, shared with others, or adapted into new versions.
Export your SkiErg workouts to Strava
After completing a workout, you can export your SkiErg session directly to Strava.
This lets you:
- Keep all training – SkiErg, skiing, rollerskiing, strength – in one place
- Track volume, load, and intensity across all activities
- Share your sessions with friends, club teammates and coaches
Strava is a central hub for many endurance athletes — and with SKISENS, your SkiErg training becomes
a natural part of your long-term progression.
